The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the rental period by them or any members of their party which includes downtime.
The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)).

The Maximum Liability of the transport company will not exceed the fare paid.
In the event of a mechanical breakdown which on charter the transport company will only be responsible for making up the lost time at another mutually agreed date.

Cancellation Policy

1. Transfers / Point-to-point

100% refund if canceled 36 hours before the trip.
50 % refund if canceled 12 hours before the run.
If canceled less than 12 hours before the trip:

No refund if the paid amount is below or equal to the non-refundable amount of $ 0 .
Otherwise, the refund amount is the paid amount minus the non-refundable amount.

No refund in case of a no-show.

2. Hourly (Standard)

100% refund if canceled 1 weeks before the trip.
50 % refund if canceled 72 hours before the trip.
If canceled less than 48 hours before the trip:

No refund if the paid amount is below or equal to the non-refundable amount of $ 50 .
Otherwise, the refund amount is the paid amount minus the non-refundable amount.

No refund in case of a no-show.

3. Hourly (Special event (wedding, prom, etc)

100% refund if canceled 2 weeks before the trip.
50 % refund if canceled 72 hours before the trip.
If canceled less than 72 hours before the trip:

No refund if the paid amount is below or equal to the non-refundable amount of $ 100 .
Otherwise, the refund amount is the paid amount minus the non-refundable amount.
