Could not imagine a worse experience. 30 mins late to pick up the bride for her wedding, all of the champagne glasses were dirty, the driver would not play any music. We were also made to pay before he would drive us anywhere because - quote - his boss concerned that we wouldn't pay, due to the poor service they were giving. Nice!
