Bass & Flinders Distillery- Gin Masterclass & Spirits Tasting

One of the most unique gin masterclasses in Australia! During the masterclass you will delve into the unique and wonderful world of gin production.

You will not only learn about the long and fascinating history of gin, but create your own gin tailored speciafically to your taste, using 16 botanicals. Each guest will create at least two bespoke gins and will have one of these recipes made up into a bottle of gin with their own personal label to take home. Taste some of their other spirits, such as limonello, vodka & grappa, then finish with a Gin & Tonic plus a generous cheese platter to share with your group.

Merricks General Store-Wine Tastings & Sumptouos Lunch

Built in 1924, this iconic destination has trnasformed from the traditional general store to a culinary must for discening travellers and wine enthusiasts. We begin with a Wine tasting from local estates such as Elgee Park, Portsea & Paringa, followed by a Superb 2 Course Lunch including shared platters of local produce, then indulge in your choice of main dish, with side to share, plus 1 glass of Estate Wine, a coffee & bite size sweet.

Port Phillip Estate- Wine Tasting

One of the most exciting wine destinations in Australia. Enjoy a wine tasting of their current release wines including Pinot Noir, Chardonnay & Pinot Girls at their spectacular Cellar Door. This Architectual landmark on the Mornington Peninsula is home to Port Phillip Estate and Kooyong Wines. An expansive outdoor timber deck takes advantage of the sweeping vineyard and coastal views to Western Port Bay.
