Trofeo Estate- Wine Tastings
The property encompasses 42 acres of vineyard planted in the late 1990's and the original Passiflora plantations building, constructed in the 1930's, now home to the winery & cellar door. Here you will find some unique wines, aged in the Terracotta Amphora's from Tuscany. You will be guided through the excellent range.
Port Phillip Estate- Wine Tasting & Fine Dining Lunch
This building is a masterpiece, designed by award -wining Wood/Marsh Architecture, and sits on a spectacular site in Red Hill overlooking undulating vineyards and Western port Bay. It unfurls across the ridge, rising to form the dramatic 120- metre eastern wall. Inside, beyond the monumental limestone rammed-earth exterior walls and under an over-arching timber-lined ceiling, is the cellar door and fine dining restaurant. Gourmet Traveller described the Dining Room as "One of Australia's top one hundred dining experiences". Your group will indulge in a VIP Wine Tasting of varities such as Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon, Rose and Cool Climate Shiraz. Followed by a Fine Dining 2 course lunch experience, prepared by Head Chef Stuart Deller. Enjoy shared side plates, a glass or two of their estate wine, then finish off with a coffee and delicious bite size sweet.
